I do not advise you to contact this company, and in particular the manager Siman Lyudmila. A person does everything just according to a template, without even delving into the nuances. Every time I go to the kitchen, I remember her with a bad word!!!

Until the conclusion of the contract and payment, everything seems to be fine, except for the measurer, who then called back and asked for a couple more measurements. The salon promised to make a kitchen in about a month. I asked to add this period to the contract - they refused. They say that the standard contract is 90 working days and cannot be changed.
We ordered the kitchen on 10.10.2023, and brought it on 12/26/2023.
The driver who brought the kitchen said that he would arrive from 18 to 19 - he was an hour late, without even calling, without warning about it.
Then they said that an assembly specialist would contact us - today is January 12th - no response or greetings.
The kitchen was assembled by ourselves - the back walls of the cabinets consist of three fiberboard sheets connected by plastic profiles, as a result of which the back wall bends inside the cabinet, pushing the shelf away and forming cracks between the shelf and the back wall.
Adjustable kitchen canopies (on which cabinets are attached) from the "cheapest" class - it is impossible to adjust the position of the cabinet with them without a mat. Instead of a SOLID mounting tire (on which lockers are hung), they gave 5-centimeter pieces of this tire - two pieces per locker. I had to go and buy a solid tire so as not to engage in this exhibitionism with these 5-centimeter pieces.
They also put extra parts in the kitchen kit, which made me wonder where I forgot to attach something or assembled something incorrectly.
For some reason, the false facade was made solid, and not with a panel, like ordinary facades.
In general, I do not recommend the office. Until you sign the contract and make the payment, you are in touch and everything is fine. Then - that's it, the service
is over. P.S. at the moment of ordering the kitchen, discuss absolutely all the little things and check that it is included in the order and then check everything in detail, ask in the salon what this or that position means, blindly do not trust the designer because after 3 months you will not prove anything.

There were no problems at the stages of kitchen design, measurements and contract execution. Everything was clear and high-quality. My manager did a great job.
But at the stages of assembly and warranty service, it is a complete failure.
First, the installer crookedly cut holes in the skin for sockets, so that a hole of 2-3 cm is visible from under the frame. Next, the technologist (or engineer) advised me to cut another hole under the false outlet in order to remove the jamb. Such an option. As a result, I had to fix the jamb myself by inserting the remaining scraps from the skin.
Then the push-to-open mechanism in one of the lockers stopped working. The technologist (or engineer) advised to adjust, but the adjustment does not help, and no one mentioned about the replacement. I can't get a simple warranty service for 2 months, all the messages are in the dark.
I was satisfied with the kitchen, but not very satisfied with the service.

The choice of the salon "kitchen module" was accidental, but after talking with designer Natalia, I decided to order a kitchen from them and I was not mistaken! Natalia heard all my wishes, offered many options, was always in touch and even came to the assembly (because there were nuances). The result is excellent! As a result, the choice was made for the salon on Kamennogorsk street. The price is everywhere +- the same everywhere, but the ratio is different everywhere. Lyudmila's designer exuded experience and knowledge of the matter, she adjusted the project very competently, so that the main idea remained mine, but her kitchen nuances. That's what you need!

Modular kitchens are modular because they are standard. Nevertheless, it is worth paying attention to the service, the guys are all right with this. The designer will tell you how to place everything correctly in the kitchen so that it is convenient to use it later, taking into account the features of the room. He will tell you what and how you can save money. Delivery and installation are discussed separately and calculated according to a separate price list. You can do everything yourself if you want.
