I don't know about the education here, but the attitude towards people in this educational institution is not the best. We went into the building with a small child, because the child really wanted to go to the toilet. And the woman on watch refused the child access to the toilet. I explain that there are no public toilets nearby, and the child really needs it. And they, as it turned out, are not supposed to. It is very pleasant to live in such a society where you need to look for places for children to relieve themselves.
