The hotel is located in a convenient location, near the Galata Bridge. The breakfasts are delicious. View from the restaurant to the Bosphorus. The room is small, but nice, clean. The staff is very polite and kind. I will recommend this place.

A good three-piece by European standards. One of the advantages: the location (next to the Galata bridge), the view from the upper floors of xx3 is good, good reception staff. Cons: breakfast at 3, cleaning at 3, the street is like everything in Istanbul: luxury and slums nearby. But the location gives you a big advantage in choosing the direction of the walk.

Nice rooms with good sound insulation.
When checking in, they are cunning, they can confuse the number or the classic "tomorrow we can only prepare". They put together a combo with us, but in the end they gave us our number right away, we had to threaten.
The king-size bed is actually an ordinary double bed. Once, when cleaning, the slippers were taken away 🙃
Otherwise, everything is honest: excellent breakfasts with a great view, room cleaning every day (though I don't know if it's normal that the bed has not been changed once in 5 days).
Transfer from/to Istanbul airport from the hotel for 500€.
In his cafe on the ground floor, the prices are the same as in the district (overpriced).
Excellent transport accessibility, a cable car around the corner, a port and a tram under the nose.

Nice hotel. Clean, good sound insulation, great location, great breakfast. Near the metro, tram, pier, the main attractions are within walking distance. A good restaurant right in the hotel.

I really liked the hotel! We stayed for 2 nights in March 2023. Great location - in the next building there is a tunnel (monorail) 5 minutes and Taksim, Istiklal. There is a tram stop nearby - 10-15 minutes across the bridge and Sultanahmet, Ai Sofia and Topkapi Palace (you can also walk across the bridge), also near the pier.
If you live above the 5th floor, then the windows have a wonderful view of the Golden Horn. The rooms are small, but everything is there: a kettle, a minibar, a safe, good plumbing, all washbasins, including a toothbrush and toothpaste, bathrobes and slippers. The breakfasts on the top floor with a beautiful view are quite modest, but everything is delicious - omelets, pancakes, fruits and vegetables, pastries, cheeses, dried fruits. The hotel serves wonderful coffee!
About the cons: there is a busy road under the windows, in the evening and in the morning it can be noisy. It wasn't critical for me, I'm fast asleep))
The biggest plus of the hotel is its staff! They were very kind and always ready to help - they called us a taxi, booked a restaurant, and asked if everything was in order. I'm sure any issues can be resolved with them

We stayed here for three days in October. The impressions are only positive, the staff is responsive. Unexpectedly, in the morning in the restaurant, my wife was congratulated on her birthday! The rooms are good! The location is convenient, a lot of positive impressions. I liked the breakfasts!

Great hotel! In all respects - convenient location - the main sightseeing spots are within walking distance, a variety of shops and cafes nearby, affordable prices, pleasant service - there is everything you need in the room, delicious breakfasts on the top floor overlooking the strait and the sights of Istanbul. Very helpful staff - helped to arrange a surprise for my brother's anniversary at 00 o'clock.

A quiet, small hotel. In my opinion, the best location in the city to stay for a few days. Within walking distance of Galata, Istiklal, a street with restaurants in Karakey, near the tram and ferry stop.

We lived here for 4 days. In May 2024.
The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars.
Briefly and in order.
The mattress is old and uncomfortable. It's so uncomfortable that everything goes numb in the morning.
The laundry is so washed that there are holes in it. The pillows are just very tired.
Breakfast. The photo shows the entire breakfast area. There is nothing to eat except eggs. Generally. Either scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs. Both are fat.

One of the advantages of the hotel is its convenient location. Near Halich metro station, marina. The Blue Mosque is a 25-minute walk away.

Lovely hotel 👍
Stayed for 2 nights and 1 full day. I managed to evaluate the restaurant on the 1st floor and on the roof. Everything is fine) the staff helped with the transfer to the airport.
Location, comfortable unusual room, view from the window, everything is at the highest level.
I can safely recommend 😊👍

The hotel is very pleasant, helpful staff, delicious and varied breakfasts. However, the room was not cleaned once, although the sign with the request hung on the door handle. They only supplied a bottle of water.

We stayed at the hotel on 06.10.20 for two nights + additionally took a day before departure. I liked everything, but during the eviction they tried to charge money for the minibar, which we did not even open. The Administration should pay attention to this aspect and draw conclusions about the staff.
