I signed up with Olga for a haircut of tips and bangs. She showed me how much length to remove and what kind of bangs to make. As a result, Olga cut off the wrong length that I showed, but come on with it, but with bangs she seemed to be working with her for the first time: she cut it off to the wrong length and completely removed the thickness of the bangs, left two hairs, and then did not know how to style it. I used unpeeled combs from other clients, horror! She said that I didn't like it, told me how to fix this mistake to the hairdresser, Olga denied her guilt and shifted everything onto the client. I told the receptionist that I was unhappy with the outcome of the haircut, but in response I received only the full price, which does not match the quality. I do not recommend contacting this wizard!

I signed up in advance for horse coloring and toning. The recording was originally scheduled for 4:30 p.m. They called me the day before and asked me to come early, I agreed and the time was 3.15 p.m. I came up to this time, but master Olga was still working and I waited 20 minutes!!!! After that, she invited and ABRUPTLY began to ask what I asked her to do. I told you. But apparently she was a "great specialist" and immediately began to claim that I had a complex staining and it would take 4 hours. I always say what I said in the salons, and in this one, all the craftsmen understand it adequately and it takes two hours for all the work, I've been doing this for years! But here, Olga, the craftswoman, began to shake her rights for something, or maybe she didn't like me, or the work was difficult for her. Moreover, she delayed my time, immediately began to show her "skills", without calmly talking to the client, but brought me to emotions. Let him take advanced training courses and learn how to calmly and adequately respond to the client's comments. I want to say that I will not recommend your salon, and you have lost me as a client.
