They changed the lenses on the glasses. They did not take the phone number to call and report on the readiness of the order, do you see if you "forgot". We arrived a couple of days later and picked up the order. There is a different minus in the eyes, and they just mixed up the lenses in places. The glasses were returned. They quickly agreed to fix their mistake for free, but it only got worse... It seems that they wanted to save money. We ordered expensive lenses with radiation protection for computers, phones, etc. The price was described in six figures. And when we came to pick up the glasses for the second time, hoping that they were eventually able to fulfill their order correctly — As a result, one lens was from the ordered one, and the second was an ordinary piece of glass. In optics, we were told that everything was fine and they did not have a flashlight to check the lenses (by the way, they had it when they bought it). After going through fire and copper pipes and reaching another optics, making sure that we were right, we managed to prove that Mona's optics were wrong. We had our lenses changed once again, and only for the third time we received our order in due execution.
The glasses were intended for permanent wear and as a result, the order was fulfilled for almost two weeks instead of one day and they did not even apologize for the boorish attitude and for the master stoner.
