Excellent service, good product selection. I would especially like to mention Marina Olegovna, with her you feel like a queen, and not just a customer of the store. Also, many thanks to Snezhana, Chanel's representative. I will only go to Monami for gifts, as they are decorated coolly!

The most terrible service, even if you come up and ask how many percent of the discount they don't answer, they don't refine the customers, there is no interest in the customers, if they had finalized it with me, I would have bought their product for more, and so I chose it myself and went to the checkout. But their cash register is also a separate topic. The cashiers are sitting with a very important look, they don't answer questions though. There was their discount card, I ask why it is not valid, they tell me to download the application. Although there was no notification. After such an attitude towards their own customers, how they want to continue to hold on and be competitive is a big question, until they change their attitude, they will also slowly lose their customers. Although the Kazakh company is willing to support its own, but because of their attitude, I don't want to go to them at all.
