I recently visited this place, and it left a pleasant impression. First of all, I would like to mention a good hookah — a pleasant taste and thick smoke, which was a great addition to the evening. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail: stylish, cozy and conducive to a long rest. It really creates a special atmosphere that allows you to relax and enjoy the moment. The kitchen also pleased us — although the dishes did not become the main focus of the evening, they were quite tasty and perfectly complemented our rest. Overall, a great place for those who are looking for a quality hookah and a pleasant environment!

We ordered a hookah, the price of a hookah is from 45p, we asked km to make a hookah sweet with berries or fruits, the wait is quite long, but okay, they brought us a hookah with the taste of some kind of Burning or a taste of bitter cocoa, there was no smell of fruit, they asked us to redo km instead of accepting that hookah g began to argue that the hookah is redone only if the master himself is to blame, as a result, he took the hookah away with special dissatisfaction, tried to add something there, brought it back, we try nothing has changed, insist on redoing km sighs and takes the hookah away, after 20 minutes they bring another hookah a little better than the previous one, we already realized that nothing has changed They asked for something and smoked what they had.
I work in this field, I know that hookahs periodically have to light up for us, no one did this to you, the whole atmosphere was saved by the assistant km Eugene, thanks to him especially, he was the only one who came up to us explained how to buy and blow a hookah correctly and during the evening he came up to us, which was nice, cocktails and the kitchen are good, the hostess girl Katya made a very unpleasant the impression, she occasionally cast a contemptuous glance at us, there was no smell of politeness in her tone, please teach your staff customer orientation, explain that guests should be greeted in a good mood and with a smile when guests leave to wish them a good evening, at least ask if they liked everything. Nevertheless, after finishing the first hookah, we decided to give this institution another chance by ordering a second hookah, it was completely different, much tastier than what was brought to us for the first time, and was in a beautiful new bowl, which pleased us. And it's not even a problem with the hookah, wanting to come to the institution, you want to be served at the highest level, here the service only pulls 1 star, we won't come back here anymore!

We had a rest on Saturday evening, we were provided with a table, but the food was mediocre, too salty and not to say that it pulls to the declared level. The cocktails are tasteless, terribly cloying. The hookah has deteriorated significantly. It was better a year ago. Service is a separate topic. According to the hostesses, the application is open on Saturdays until 3-4 in the morning. But already at 1:30, the waitress asked us to pay off and politely hinted that we should leave the establishment, supposedly we were sitting here alone, however, a group of guys were sitting behind the bar and on the second floor, apparently familiar with the staff, and of course they clearly did not want to serve customers. We haven't seen anything like this yet, we just broke through the bottom) The service is terrible, the attitude towards customers and their work is terrible.
It's a terrible place, I'll never go back, and I won't recommend it to anyone, except in a negative way as a warning to "avoid it"

I want to leave a bad review. We celebrated my brother's birthday with a company of 6 people, we were sitting on the 2nd floor, and 1 or 2 tables were occupied on the 2nd floor. We made an order, the dishes were brought to only one person. The payment was 80 rubles in cash, 3 rubles in change were planned as tips, because I liked the place as a whole. But the change was not brought to us after payment. They arrived 20-25 minutes after our request and, of course, there was no receipt in the bill. Our order was simply not passed through the cashier and we also decided to keep the change for ourselves. Was 3 rubles really worth it? I hope the management and the tax service are aware)
