I visited this institution today. The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell of burning, even from the street. After I came in, I heard the cashier and a man arguing about their personal relationship. There was a lot of foul language in their conversation, I am not an opponent of foul language, but it is unpleasant to hear it from the staff in a public place. I ordered two shawarma, waited an hour, although they said the waiting time was 20-25 minutes)
The shawarma itself is very fatty, the taste is for an amateur. I took "Sasha the jeweler" and "AI. Crunch." I can't say anything about the other tastes.
The only thing I liked was the Destruction age track by akiaura, for which you get an extra star.

I tried "sweet crunch" (it seems to be called that) very hot sauces with a slight edge and a taste of sweetness, this is a great combination, the sauce is what you need inside and there is enough meat, krch is super for my taste, I will definitely come back and not once!

We bought three shavas, garlic, spicy and cheese. Garlic turned out to be bland, there was no garlic taste at all, on the whole it disappointed. The spicy was the best of all, although there was no sharpness from the word at all, but the taste was very even. The cheese is good enough. In all, the meat was very tasty, the vegetables were fresh, red cabbage was a good solution, instead of pita bread, some kind of pita as in the KFS in twisters, in general we liked it. I hope the recipe will be finalized, I would like the sauce to be more saturated.
Update. - We recently did a retest. Amazing, spicy, insanely delicious, I also really liked the grill. Well done 5/5. We are waiting for the updated garlic and there will definitely be the best shava in Brest.
