Salon was fine, administration and organization part was just perfect, but the quality of the service I got(haircut) and the price weren't equal. My hair have been almost pulled off my head, I had terrible headache for several days and wasn't satisfied with the styling part (the cutting was also ok, not perfect but not the worse one) and the price was overestimated with this service. Definitely not going to go there again.

The first two times the master painted well. For the first time, I requested 45,000 highlights for very long hair, almost to the waist. The second time, the hair was already 3-4 times shorter, the neck was not covered, the same highlighting was requested again 45,000. He did it well, and I paid in silence. For the third time, I requested 60,000 for the same short hair during a trial strand. When he saw my surprised eyes, he said that highlighting was cheaper, and the photo that I showed there was full of coloring (although for me, highlighting everywhere always cost more than just painting my head, especially since highlighting took longer). Of course, I didn't really want to give away 60,000, but the result was important. I told them to take a photo of what I showed them. He changed his mind the next day and said that it was highlighting and would cost 50,000. As a result, I made it completely unclear what was on my head. I made highlights from the 90s, in thick strands, had nothing to do with the photo that I showed and it looks terrible. Of course, when he heard my displeasure, he tried to fix something, applied tonic / paint to me 2 times in a row, but nothing much changed and he began to insist that it was exactly like in the photo that I showed. In the end, I paid 55,000 for a haircut and highlights, which I would not have done even for free. I'm looking for a new master who will at least repaint me back to dark if he can't fix this horror that added 10 years to my age.

I do not recommend this salon! They were forced to wait 15 minutes without any explanation, washed their hair with ice water, did not apologize even after the remark, burned their neck during styling, very roughly untangled their hair, to their great surprise, they did not even use thermal protection before styling ... the impression of a passing courtyard, some people constantly walk, the master is distracted and talking. The haircut is normal, there is no service, I will never come back

It's a terrible place. They wash their hair under boiling water, don't say anything, don't ask if it's comfortable at all. They also cut it as soon as possible, the man is constantly distracted to shake hands with everyone and go talk to the other end of the hall (is it sanitary?)). We communicated in English, I prepared a text for him in Armenian (a request for a haircut) — I overlooked it with one eye and wanted to cut off my bangs, about which there was not a word!
The hair is dried very roughly, with very hot air without thermal protection, after the haircut I found strands of absolutely different lengths near the face (instead of a cascade, a ladder of different lengths turned out). She came out of there in tears. The haircut had to be fixed by a competent master. I do not advise anyone to go there in any case — at least spoiled hair and scalp burns, at most — just a disgusting mood and appearance of hair.

I was in the salon only once, I really liked the atmosphere very good, the staff is friendly, they have been doing well for 40 days. When I'm back in Yerevan, I will definitely go to them

They cut it badly, it hurts. The master does not inspect before cutting, cuts immediately on wet- does not take into account the initial data, spoils the haircut. Instead of normal care products, there is a cheap mass market, hot blow-drying without minimal thermal protection, the result is sloppy, bad. I really regret that I went, I only ruined my hair.
