I really liked the hotel. There is the main thing for a tourist: a great location, a comfortable soft bed and clean linen, good air conditioning, a spacious shower, polite staff. Stayed with my son for 11 nights in June 2024. Location on the one hand in the atmospheric old town, on the other hand 100 m from the entrance to the subway, or the roadway where you can call a taxi. The room is spacious and comfortable, there is a kettle, tea, armchairs and a small table, a small refrigerator. Our room was located on the 1st floor, which is also very convenient. The breakfasts were quite hearty: a choice of tea or brewed coffee, various egg dishes, several types of young cheese, sausages, toasts, a lot of sweet spreads, fruits, vegetables, olives, compotes. It's a pity there were no pastries, tortillas with filling. Several times during this time, they gave stuffed pita bread, but I wanted some kutabs. Also, a small minus is the lack of an ironing board, an iron is provided at the reception. But there are much more advantages, so I recommend it. The Wi-Fi is good. The reception will always give good advice about taxis and beaches. Thanks to the hotel for a wonderful stay!

I booked a room at this hotel more than a month before my trip, paying for my stay in full. On the eve of the trip, I contacted the hotel, ordered a transfer to the hotel, and the transfer and accommodation were confirmed.
However, upon arrival (at two o'clock in the morning), the hotel transfer took us to a completely different hotel (rating 3 according to reviews on yandex.maps), located away from the old town, on the third floor of an apartment building, without an elevator, with a completely ruined room interior, rusty plumbing and a sagging bed.
The next day, we waited until two o'clock in the afternoon, but the hotel administration refused to provide the room we had booked, apparently due to overbooking.
After contacting the aggregator's technical support, the money was still returned, but at the same time they withheld the amount for the night used (as if at 2 a.m. we had at least some opportunity to find a normal hotel.)
I highly recommend not booking accommodation in this hotel during the high season and ten days before the high dates (we came for a week before the May holidays). There is a very high chance that the hotel will accommodate tourists from the tour group in the room you booked, and you will be moved to a dead hotel in another area.

In general, the hotel is very cozy with an interesting and beautiful interior, but there are significant drawbacks. Considering the low price, you can close your eyes, but I recommend that the hotel administration pay attention to the condition of the bed linen. We had a small sheet in room 3 that covered the mattress only from above. There were burnt holes at the bottom of the sheet, and they were on top of the duvet cover. In my opinion, this is a real disaster! In general, the linen is very worn out and needs to be updated. The air conditioner is also very dirty. There is no sound insulation, you can hear the TV in the next room and all the conversations in the hallway. Since the room was in the basement, it was naturally very humid, but there was nothing you could do about it. From the humidity, of course there is mold in the shower. The breakfasts at the hotel are good, just homemade. There is not much variety, but everything is delicious at home. Also, the location is very good - the hotel is in the old town and near the exit to the city. The hotel staff is very friendly)

The hotel is located in the old town, the room has a TV with Russian channels, tea, bottled water. It would be nice to update the plumbing in the bathroom. The breakfast is monotonous, but satisfying. Responsive Russian-speaking receptionists at the reception. There is a metro station nearby

False information on the Booking - upon arrival, they were forced to pay another $ 12 city tax, no references to the fact that the amount in the reservation is final - did not work. The description of the room does not indicate that the room is located in a basement, there is no normal lighting! There are "luxurious" lamps throughout the room, but the switch is only at the front door!!! 8 light bulbs didn't work in our room, it was very dark. What the room looks like at 12 o'clock in the afternoon in sunny weather, see the photo. The Windows overlook the pavement, they cannot be opened - dirt and noise, the air conditioner is configured only for heat, i.e. it is impossible to ventilate the room, and the extractor hood is located in the courtyard well, i.e. there is no fresh air. The water supply is normal, but there is a bad drain in the shower tray, there is no flexible shower (there is a holder, but there is no shower!), it is inconvenient to wash only under a stationary watering can. The grill is broken in the sink, there are no glasses for brushes, there are just two glass cups and two cups. The terrace where breakfast takes place is located at the 5th floor level - it is quite uncomfortable to climb, and it is unacceptable for elderly or sick people, of course there is no elevator, the guests themselves carry luggage up the stairs. Now breakfast is not cooked, but brought from somewhere, i.e. there is no kitchen. Breakfast is very monotonous - three types of omelets, a tiny plate with boiled sausage and cheese, vegetables, cottage cheese, boiled eggs -everything! No baking, no alternative to eggs, and we lived for 5 days!!! - Nothing! Bread is lying around in a package, juices are in bags, a saucer of oatmeal and a bag of cold milk... Everything is cold, plus the attendant constantly ventilates the terrace, however, at our request, the omelet was warmed up a couple of times, but when they asked us to reheat the pastries in the evening, the microwave immediately "broke", and the next morning it worked, how so? Wi-fi is practically absent, even the TV "freezes", the hotel's booking page was blocked for non-payment, in general, they do what they want, they are not afraid of anything, they do not care about customers!!! I do NOT recommend it, for a maximum of 1 night without breakfast!!!

The impression of the hotel was saved by the staff, to be honest: there is no sound insulation, the rooms are not the first freshness, there is no elevator (not for small passengers, so to speak). The staff and location are top, of course. And do not be fooled by the surcharge: "with a beautiful view" - it will not be. All rooms have the same view - it's on someone's roof 😅

Of the advantages, only the location and the girl at the reception.
The room was on the 1st floor, stuffy and humid. For an iron and a hairdryer, you need to go to the reception and wait if they are in other rooms with guests.
The Internet is weak, the TV is constantly hanging.
We can say that there are no breakfasts, the "staff" speaks only Azerbaijani. It was not possible to get bread and coffee.
