We ordered flowers here for the first and last time.
We ordered flowers for March 8, with delivery from 8 to 12 p.m. It was understood that the holiday and delivery may be delayed a little. When no one called us at 12:30, and there was still no bouquet, they started to worry and called themselves. They promised that they would bring it in a couple of hours. The second time was called around 15:00. They said they would bring it in 2 hours. As a result, the bouquet ordered for the period from 8 to 12 was delivered only by 18:30.
It's okay, right? And we were just lucky that the person who ordered the bouquet was at home at that time, and not gone on business.
And everything would be fine, but...the bouquet was paid for in advance. Only for some reason the courier said that he had to pay for it :) It was a great surprise, wasn't it? Fortunately, this moment was quickly resolved, but it was as unpleasant as possible.
We also did not receive the promised business card with a discount for the inconvenience caused.
