Nice hotel, clean rooms, beautiful design. The beds are small and hard, but you can get used to it. Breakfast is without fruits, but they cook delicious scrambled eggs with vegetables. The room has a small refrigerator and air conditioning, but there is no kettle. There are no shelves for things and a wardrobe either. Located in a working-class area, there are many cafes and eateries around with low prices and good food, grocery stores and pharmacies. There is a tram stop and a noisy road nearby, the city center is within walking distance. What you need for those tourists who want to save money.

Well, I'll tell you what.... This Hotel is tin!
Devastation and desolation... And most importantly, it is very dirty and smells bad. It can be seen that repairs have not been done here for at least 15 years, and if they were cleaned, then carelessly. From here we have: dirty stains, broken handles, non-closing windows, unsanitary conditions in bathrooms, gray towels and bed linen. There is even an air conditioner remote control for one hotel (10 floors!)
In addition to this - an inconvenient location - a solid industrial zone. It seems to be close to the ocean, and this is a port, you can't go there. It is farther to the embankment than from the city center.
We stayed for one night, occupied two rooms. It feels like all the juices have been squeezed out of the hotel and left to die their own death.
Well, the cost is also not the smallest.

Despite the authenticity (decor in the style of Moroccan riads), the hotel upset. Most likely, it is designed for very tired travelers, who, as they say, "rather up to the pillow." But if you come to enjoy the "aesthetics" of Casablanca, take pictures and be photographed in beautiful images, and at the end of the day take a shower and go to bed quietly, then this hotel is not for you.
At first, we were put in a room with constant power outages. That is, if you take a shower in a lighted bathroom at the same time, and put your phone on charge in the room, be ready to spend the rest of the evening in the dark.
The bathroom itself, and the room as a whole, is not 100% clean. It is clear that the cleaning here, to put it mildly, is not thorough. Firstly, there are problems with flushing in the toilet. He is there, but he works every other time, every two, and then with the help of a hotel employee. Secondly, the lack of the required number of towels (for two of us we had 3 towels and a dirty foot cloth). Thirdly, the water in the shower stall refused to leave on principle. Not very pleasant (VERY unpleasant).
The indelible toilet bowl was the last straw, and we asked for another room. The bewildered receptionist changed our room. There were no disadvantages there, except for the same unfair cleaning. Do you think we're just unlucky? In the morning we found out that other tourists from our group had almost the same problems with the rooms.
An important detail! We stayed at the hotel in the middle of November. It is very cold throughout the hotel. Apparently, they save on heating. There are heaters in the rooms, but in the corridors and the restaurant - we are not sure.
About nutrition. Breakfast at the hotel is not very varied. A meager buffet with a tasteless omelet, diluted orange juice and dry sweets. But the dinner was pleasant: three changes of dishes (authentic soup, a huge portion of tagine and seasonal fruits + fresh bread in unlimited quantities). Mint tea and other drinks are available for an additional fee.
Another plus is a good Internet connection throughout the hotel.
In general, we do not recommend this hotel. If you find yourself in Morocco, take a very careful approach to choosing a temporary shelter, otherwise the impression of the host country will noticeably decrease.
