I applied to this institution in August 2024. The youngest son broke his toe. Despite the fact that we have Russian citizenship, the child was given first aid: they took a picture, put a splint on it and gave recommendations on how to care for the wound on his finger. Many thanks to the nurse and the doctor for not refusing to help.

Clear... You can get lost.... There is still no established system, people go looking for offices.... All some nooks and crannies it is not clear where and to which specialist to go... The child broke his arm, we were sent there to take a picture...they said follow the arrow, get into the elevator, go down to the first floor and follow the arrows again, and you will find it, and then back to the reception, just follow the arrows and you will come 🤦♀️😎

Responsive and experienced specialists are always willing to help and go to meet patients, provide information in an accessible way, which is very important when working with children. They arrived with an injury, a fractured collarbone in a child, they accepted without referral, took a picture, told where and how to go to a traumatologist. Very fast and no queues. Maybe everything is new, this is a plus, but the fact that all narrow specialists are now sitting here in the new world .....this is certainly not very convenient, since pediatrics remained on Utepova. Cons: -even if you are by appointment, you will still be sitting and waiting in line in a narrow corridor where there is a lot of congestion of parents and children.
-at first it was hard to find where and on which floor the narrow specialists sit, some speak 3, others 4, but eventually they finally put the index arrows, otherwise you can wander there for half an hour;
- not all elevators can be entered from the first floor, only a certain elevator number, I don't remember which one, and of course you can't enter the cargo one;
- it's very difficult to get through to the reception, either their phone is broken or they don't pick it up;
-an appointment with narrow specialists 2 months in advance, those who need it urgently will most likely go to paid clinics or they force them to go for a fee, perhaps there is still a shortage of staff.
