Excellent service. The guys do their job quickly and efficiently. Before I met them, I tried to repair the motorcycle in other places, but everything was very delayed there, and sometimes they gave the motorcycle away without fixing anything a month later!! Immediately, from my description, the problem was immediately understood from the words and the next day the motorcycle was repaired. I recommend it to everyone!!!

The speedometer drive is dead. The guys said, "It's easy, wait in a week." A week later, the "breakfasts" started. After three months of waiting and "Delivery is in the week, maybe your order is there," he called the dealer himself, and there was no one there about this request. I asked Denis directly, if I remember his name correctly, and he tells me the same thing in a blue eye, they say, they ordered, wait. I'm not even going to change the oil in this service, if you can call it that at all. It's scary that such banderlogs have 5 stars.

The guys work clearly and quickly. On Mon, I signed up for CP to replace the crankshaft gasket. It turned out that all the bolts were licked off there, they had to be drilled, they went to buy new ones themselves. We worked right up to the evening (they called to pick us up at 20-40). Plus, it turned out that I hadn't bought any more gum, they changed it for free. Definitely my new mechanics. Quickly, clearly, they also filmed how and what they were doing.

I called the service, described the problem and recorded it the next day, it was not convenient for me to deliver it by this time, we agreed that I would drive it after the service was running. They promptly diagnosed and sent a video report, discussed the details and the motorcycle was ready in a couple of hours. I am glad that people know how to repair Minsk equipment and the availability of spare parts for them. It was necessary to evacuate and repair the motorcycle: the chain broke on the outskirts. We called, asked to send a photo and location. They said-mind your own business, then our work. They took it away a couple of hours later. I took it back a couple of days later. Everything is clear, to the point. We fixed a couple of joints inherited from the previous owner. I went there for the first time, bought my first motorcycle at the age of 34, the Bajaj Boxer. Before that, I had not ridden motorcycles at all. Not only did we do everything, we set up the clutch, the carburetor, there are also explanations on how to run-in correctly, what needs to be done, what is not needed.

Excellent, proper service. The first Minsk Scrambler was serviced under warranty. It's the second season of Kawasaki Volcano. There was a problem with the fuel pressure. The smart guys offered to replace the pump and some kind of sensor in the wiring (it is not clear yet what exactly is buggy)in 600-900 minutes, Denis diagnosed in 20 minutes (connected the donor pump) and replaced the insides of the pump in 70 minutes (he waited a week for spare parts, and ordered). 5000km flight without problems - I just stop by to see him.

It 's a pity I can't put 10 stars! I took my motorcycle from customs, immediately brought it to the guys, discussed the amount of work. While waiting for the spare parts, I decided to register them, agreed on a time and place, Denis brought them to the traffic police for verification, and then took them back to the service (it was March). They fully serviced , prepared , changed everything , suggested where it could be fixed , did not offer a replacement. This is my first experience of contacting the moto service, but I have no desire to compare, I stay with them. Excellent service, people, human approach.
