Everything is fine and you can always negotiate if there are nuances. The learning process is built with dignity. There are issues with the preparation of the psychological state of the examinees, but this is on the conscience of the (future) bikers themselves. So we listen to the instructor and work on the mistakes (remarks). Good luck to everyone✊

The fact is that during training, you get used to one motorcycle and its features, and two classes before passing the internal one, you are put on another, which has other features of gear shifting, traction, etc.
As a school, you should understand that it is difficult for students to jump from one to another and adjust to a completely different style and manner.
When I came to the penultimate lesson, I was told that now the traffic police have changed the rules and I will have to take 250, not 150. But because they were not ready for this, they put me on a high 250.
I asked if it was possible to reschedule the lesson since it happened and get into my position. To give the opportunity to travel two classes before the internal one on what I will take. But they told me, "alas and ah, but the lesson will disappear and either ride on what you have and then get on the converted one"
After that, when I came to the last lesson before the exam, I was given a fig to understand what kind of motorcycle (the transmissions were not displayed, it was unclear what was being switched and what was not). When I called Svetlana to find out what options there were, I was rudely sent and told to blame myself, there was nothing to hope for and at the same time poked my vacation.
(even if they offered an additional discount or still rescheduled that lesson with a faulty motorcycle, it would not be so insulting, customer orientation is about)
After that, they collected certificates and forced me to immediately pay for the traffic police exam and change my license, by some miracle I passed the internal one.
Here you need to pay tribute to me for my learning ability and to instructor Artyom, he answered all my stupid questions and told me secrets, moved his hand around the playground and explained on his fingers what and how. I am really delighted with the training from the instructors and I am very grateful to them!
But the organization is just a horror and the attitude of Svetlana herself. I work a lot, I plan everything in two months, and then the question arises about passing the traffic police. It turned out that they only take it in the morning.
It would have been possible to inform in advance that such an option was possible, there would have been fewer complaints.
Then, when I wrote to the group, where all the guys are, with a request to take the first (no one seemed to mind), sveta wrote that you need to arrive by 5:30 in the morning and take a live turn, first rolling out to 8 and then the exam in the same queue.like there's nothing to occupy here, spin around as you want.
Okay, I was surprised by such responsiveness, but what to do. Got up at 4 a.m., arrived at 5:27 a.m.
And there are already 5 people in front of me. And lo and behold, the girl who arrived an hour or an hour and a half later than me, then passed in front of me. So THERE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY?! write someone in so as not to get up ___ early, but ___ there. It only works for a select few.
Yes, the instructor suggested to me, for the sake of honesty, to ask someone to change the list, but the difference was small and I didn't get enough sleep anymore, I came to fig knows how long to take this stupid queue.or they could have just entered it themselves as this girl, apparently.
also, the exam did not start at 8:30, but at 9 in fact.
So I am grateful only to the instructor who taught, Artyom should take additional classes and those who can ride, he is a pro, he will edit the equipment and all the cases.
But the school itself (motorcycles and Svetlana ) I didn't like them terribly.
IF YOU ARE A BUSY PERSON, you will get nervous here and spend more of your working time, losing money at the same time.

The students of this motorcycle school, like circus monkeys, take an exam in the traffic police and do not teach the children to ride. I assume that the reviews are twisted or written by bots.
