I was buying a Kayama bike for my sister. I've spent the winter on it, since the weather allows. Everything is working clearly. The prices in the store are really gentle, which pleasantly surprised me.
Top service: the staff quickly helped to choose the right model and provided high-quality instruction on the operation of the bike. I'm an amateur myself, but I've learned a lot of interesting things.
They said that the warranty service is free, so as soon as it gets warmer, we'll prepare for the season, we'll go check it out)

The site is just terrible, it's very difficult to find the product you're interested in. The breakdown by product category leaves much to be desired. I recommend "a lot of technology" as an example. Only the seller's work saves. Understands and can provide the right advice. 4 stars for the seller, and the site has a stretch rating....

We purchased a set of lanterns for a west biking bike. The kit includes front and rear lights, which provides excellent visibility in the dark. Another advantage is that the flashlights are charged via USB. Very simple installation. I recommend.

I do not recommend this store, I bought a carburetor for a stil chainsaw (analog) from them through the marketplace. The spare part turned out to be out of order, they refuse to accept the defective spare part, and I have to go to court.

A disgusting store with terrible service. I placed the order on Monday afternoon, no one called back during the day. I call one number in the evening - there is no answer, I call the second one and they tell me that the store is not working today and they will dial you tomorrow. As a result, it's already Wednesday and no one has contacted us about the order. Just wasted time.

The only plus is the wide range on the site, but as it turned out, it does not correspond to reality. I ordered spare parts through their online store moto-velo.by, European post delivery. The stars came such that I would not take them for free - in general, they are defective, and even completely different, as if they were picked up from a flea market. And the pedals are such that you can barely scroll with your hand! But of course, I'm not going to kill all day and deal with the return. I found a normal store, bought perfect stars and pedals for the same small amount of money, as if they were Japanese in quality. And this spendthrift is the worst I've ever seen. I wanted to pick up the order myself from the second point of sale indicated on the website - it turns out that it is impossible. I placed an order on the site - and it's not clear whether the order is being collected or not, it's unclear, after a couple of days I call - it turns out half of the positions are out of stock. And after a long wait, I received garbage in the mail instead of spare parts.

A good store, you can ask for help with repairs, they will fix it, plus as far as I know they were official Cube representatives in Minsk.I'm correcting it.That's how it was, now if you need repairs, then it's not there, there's one guy who fixed fuji, or rather fixed it for those who fixed it, but as I understand it, he's not always there.If you're lucky.Otherwise, there will probably be no problems there only - installation, and sale.

I would like to express my DEEP gratitude to two sales consultants for the help provided in the Motovelo Grad store at 14 Mogilevskaya Street. The child's wheel in the scooter broke and we went to this store to choose a new one. The guys offered to fix the wheel in an old scooter, rather than overpaying money and buying a new one. And after a few minutes, the scooter is like new, the child is happy and the mother is too. If you are going to buy a new bike or scooter, then only in Motovelo Grad!!!!!! I RECOMMEND IT!!!

The store is awesome! At least an online store. The request for bicycle parts was left in the first days of August! It's already 6 today!? No reply, no greetings. There are also some mutations in the connection. The auto-honors store raises, then drops. In general, a terrible website and online store, no support. Why do you need a website if you can't even accept an order for processing, you had to call yourself again and in the end you didn't even know that the order was made through the site 🤦 I don't recommend anyone to contact this store! It's just awful!
