Excellent car wash. I am a regular customer. It is very conveniently located in the underground parking of the shopping center. There is a place to go during the car wash, although you can wait on the spot.
You can also wait until the car is completely dry in the parking lot, which is very convenient in winter.
The specialists work in good faith, there were no complaints. Discount when ordering online.

Salt from the roads is smeared on the thresholds. On the driver's side, the plastic lining is not washed, let's say I sat down like a hippopotamus. But there was no one from the passenger side, and the same thing. The mats are laid wet, 40 minutes on the way with a stove on your feet, and you can see in the photo that they haven't even dried out.... Convenient, of course, when visiting a store, provided that you have signed up in advance. The quality is the price, they don't match at all. I used to do it on another network earlier. It's 10 rubles cheaper, but the quality is better. The car wash did not meet expectations. And it's not very convenient to check on the spot, taking into account the lighting in the parking lot. I'm unlikely to use it again

I paid for a sink with drying and the use of polymers....they washed mediocre...there was no drying, because of the word "absolutely", water flowed from the car in streams....then I had two employees with me, after repeated comments..They tried to wipe and dry her with rags...The discs and mats and arches were also dirty..although their washing was included in the cost of the complex...there was no polymer gloss either......Do I recommend it? - Definitely NOT!Will I return to them? ..No, there are many sinks with a better result and within the same cost. And also, while waiting for the car to help, I had to watch how the workers poured the same detergent for different complexes...although the description on the website indicates the compounds that should be used...
