Guys, this is a dump of the head! The best shawarma in my life! I have found her and I am ready to travel from all over the world to follow her, to the very heart. Everything is so balanced and correctly selected that from the first bite you feel all the ingredients (you do not need to get to the juice itself through just pita bread). Soft pita bread, vegetables, falafel, and a chic sauce combine the taste and complement it. I ordered a shawarma at your place and, unfortunately, was not satisfied. First of all, the meat turned out to be very dry, which significantly spoiled the overall impression. It would be better if the meat was juicier and fresher.
The sauce, although plentiful, had a too oily texture, which added extra weight to the dish. It may be worth reviewing the recipe or reducing its quantity.
Also, the shawarma clearly lacked harmony in terms of salt – there was too much of it, which overpowered other tastes and made the meal not too pleasant.
I hope that you will take this feedback into account and make the necessary improvements so that similar problems can be avoided in future orders.

I was in this institution recently, as a resident of avtaz, where Papa Doner and all sorts of Syrian-non-Russian representatives are present, this institution left only positive emotions, the point "Mr. Pablo" is called pretentious in the reviews — for the hipster appearance and the price tag is no more than average. But connoisseurs, as a rule, do not spare money for local shawarma — juicy, coarsely chopped meat without cartilage and skin is more than average here, vegetables are always fresh, and sauces are original. Shawarma does not flow and does not fall apart, pita bread is soft.
