Please note how many people write about the service, I can't say anything about the cook, but what a dissatisfied and seemingly offended girl works there. We are all human beings, and we may not be in the mood. But the girl does not greet, does not warn that the card payment does not temporarily work. When the doner is ready, she just opens the window and probably waits for people to look at her, stands with her arm outstretched and a bag.
The shawarma itself is mediocre, soldiers and schoolchildren love it, but I think because of the lack of choice)
The price tag is above average, the chicken is dry, the cucumbers are spiced like from a barrel, yes, they are delicious, but not for shawarma

The horror is terrible! Previously, they often took shawarma in this place because it was delicious, but now the shawarma is disgusting. There's no sauce, almost no meat, just cabbage. Twice the meat stank and tasted strange, when they asked the cashier girl to sort out this situation, she almost entered into an argument that "This can't be happening!" The staff changed and it became sooooo bad! We couldn't order shawarma today because the girl was just sitting and taking pictures, she didn't open the window, although she saw us. They gave me a number to contact the "management", but there is a feeling that this is just a friend, not a supervisor, because they answered everything I said, "Okay, let's have a conversation." It's a pity that we slipped. I don't understand why the rating is so high, because this particular point doesn't even deserve 3 points!!!

Frankly speaking, I endured three times, hoping that it was just the same cook who got caught, but an hour ago today, the child ordered us 2 large classics for 750 grams, and once again he was underweight, shava weighed 615 grams. Where are you putting all this off? Meat and sauce, raw meat, sauce... I don't know the base, but the seasoning is literally sprinkled on the meat. Actually, I'm going to call the authorities on Monday, I'm tired of it.
