Everything is done in a "live" queue, if the person has left, etc. you may find yourself in an awkward situation - the time for submitting ready-made documents is on average 3-4 hours + waiting for ready-made numbers. If the issue concerns the replacement of rights, it is also a first-come, first-served basis, but everything is done promptly, within 1-2 hours the rights are ready on hand. There are usually always a lot of people, regardless of the day (it serves the whole area). It is also worth considering that there is no cash register here, so either pay via ERIP or go to the bank (it is not right next to it and it also takes time). You can't get through to this organization using any of the listed phones (no one picks up the phone). There are no conditions in the waiting room, there is nothing to breathe, the only ventilation is through one slightly opening window. As a result, I arrived at the traffic police parking lot at 7.45, checked in at 9.50, submitted documents at 14.50, picked up documents at 16.30 (I was in line all the time, without leaving)
