A good department, recently renovated, bright, fresh, cozy. I've never seen queues. Electronic queue, comfortable sofas for waiting.

This is not the first time in this bank, when you turn to specialists, you get the impression that they never want to work. Even if there are 2 people in the queue in the hall, you will still wait 30-40 minutes.
