I've been sitting in line for half an hour to pick up a plastic card, if there are four jobs for managers, only two work. It's a very spacious room, you feel like you're on the subway during rush hour.
There are no questions about the work of the staff.

Two out of four specialists are working. The waiting time in the queue is more than an hour! There are constant queues in this department. If I knew what a mess it was, I would have ordered a card to another branch.

The department is small, of course, but the access to specialists is so-so. If you order cards, it's better to go online and pick up the preity properly.
