The service is excellent, but there is almost always a queue, and the room is small. I would like not to stand at the wall, but to sit comfortably and wait for my turn. It's good that I don't visit very often.

In half an hour, three specialists treated 0 people, one was released and went home, although the queue is huge, most of the time they look at the ceiling. Anyone who knows anything about banking has heard that your servers and DBMS are barely working, but maybe you need to solve this problem somehow?

Convenient location of the bank branch. There are usually no queues at the ticket office, and the service is fast. But the queue for the bank's specialists is almost always when I visit.
