We arrived, she went to the bank. I took a ticket to a specialist. The bank's employees served people for a very long time, some of the customers took coupons, some did not take them, but simply sat down without a coupon. As a result, she waited an hour, and the bank told her that your card was still in Minsk.

Terrible customer service!!!
No bank has such service as this bank. If you go to this bank for some reason, then expect that you will have to stay there for more than an hour 100%!.
Every time I try to understand the principle of their work, but apparently it's useless. Out of 10 specialists, 1,2 can!!! And everyone is constantly busy with something, but not with customers sitting in line for hours.
