I've been friends with the bank for a long time.Everything suits both the service and the customer orientation.But please make a self-service information kiosk area, not in the hall where you can't get in when you have a day off at the bank or have finished work, but so that you can use the information kiosk at any time.

The office's opening hours are inconvenient. How can you get out when it coincides with your main job?
As for the bank as a whole: some kind of black money laundering schemes. They say there is one loan option at once, they lend several times less. They impose insurance, which is deductible from the loan.
There is no way to find out the details of the loan.
I highly do not recommend it.

5 people queue, waiting for more than an hour!!!
on April 18, at about 16:05 we arrived at the bank, the sister had to pick up her card, which she reissued by phone with a specialist, most likely with Minsk, she was told that the card could be picked up at least tomorrow.
We arrived, she went to the bank. I took a ticket to a specialist. The bank's employees served people for a very long time, some of the customers took coupons, some did not take them, but simply sat down without a coupon. As a result, she waited an hour, and the bank told her that your card was still in Minsk.
That's the story! :)

Terrible customer service!!!
No bank has such service as this bank. If you go to this bank for some reason, then expect that you will have to stay there for more than an hour 100%!.
Every time I try to understand the principle of their work, but apparently it's useless. Out of 10 specialists, 1,2 can!!! And everyone is constantly busy with something, but not with customers sitting in line for hours.
