I came on 20/12/24 to pay the monthly loan payment - I couldn't, I need a passport!!! When asked from what day, the answer is from today!!! Although they (the bank) knew about this resolution in this regard, I called the special number on 05/12. THE QUESTION is how to send SMS with a reminder five times a month, you can do this, and add a message to people there that they now need to have a passport with them!!! Your programmers probably don't have enough brains!!! Irresponsible attitude towards people...
