The guys are friendly, but they're awfully slow. It is very difficult to do everything online, if you apply for some kind of service, keep in mind that you need to invest a lot of time. I sat for 1 service for 1.5 hours, I was late for all further meetings.

There is a 24-hour ATM at the branch, where it is convenient for me to withdraw money at a time when the branch itself is not working. However, during December 19.20 and December 21, the ATM for some reason did not issue money (it may not have been refueled), I had to specially come back during business hours and contact the cashier to withdraw money from the card. There are no complaints about the cashier's specialists - they were served quickly and efficiently. However, I ask you to draw the attention of responsible persons to monitoring the operation of the ATM.

Очень удобное расположение. Комфортная зона ожидания. Есть зарядки и розетки, если нужно подзарядить телефон/ноутбук. Электронная очередь как и везде. Есть банкомат и обменник. Обслуживание быстрое. Всем довольна.

Не ребята, я держался, я голосовал за вас банк года но: Отношение скотское, если надо вам вы трещвоните без умолку, а если надо клиенту то вас нет..... Вы не идете клиенту на встречу, все решает система....... Я пользуюсь вашими услугами с 2015 года, всем советовал, но сейчас обслуживание это дно.... Как можно, икс карта - ничего не менялось, ни в одном магазине оплатить не получается, квест - недостаточно средств - банкомат - наличные...... Спасибо за то что помогли сделать выбор в пользу не вас!!!!!! Обслуживание в отделении малиновка дно. ..... К сожалению. Банк испортился

Не ожидала. Пришла за справкой. Отсидела 2 часа. Работал только один специалист по обслуживанию физических лиц. Остальные 4 или 5 специалистов по обслуживанию юридических лиц сидели, и, простите, просто *ржали* без клиентов. Когда к одной из них подошла пожилая женщина поинтересоваться почему работает один специалист и сделала им замечание, что они сидят и громко смеются, а по факту много физических лиц и один специалист- никто ничего не ответил. Зато когда женщина ушла-пошло ее громкое обсуждение на пол.зала со смехом и сарказмом какая она "придурошная", и т.д. Так обсуждали и смеялись, что это вызвало стыд за должностных лиц. Одна из таких специалистов (инициалы на табличке) Наталья Красикова. Разве это специалисты? Сидят * кобылы* , ржут и обсирают людей. Что это за отношение? Много людей не выдержало и просто ушло.
