They sold a low-quality device, a specialist in this salon advised to do an examination at their own expense, justifying this by saying that it would be faster and assuring that the company would return the money for the examination. 52 rubles were not returned . Thank you for at least canceling the contract and removing the obligation for this device.
For the second time, we applied for a refund for a low-quality device. The employee offered to refund the money through MTS-money. He said that there would be no commission for the withdrawal of funds. He knew the refund amount. When the money came to the balance, when withdrawing to the card, it turned out that the commission was 60 rubles.
The call center also refused to help on this issue.
