Maybe the service is normal, but I was unlucky.
I bought a new phone, replaced the SIM card from the old phone with a new one. I was tormented with setting up , restoring passwords, and so on. I came in for help and advice. Specialist Grigory, I do not remember the last name, began to whine that where he bought there should be set up.
A different company's phone, slightly different applications and settings. I asked for help to figure it out, but again "if they bought from us."
Well, the 5 Element store is nearby, I went in, I applied. No problem, the guys figured it out in 5 minutes, helped to restore the floggings that they had forgotten, wished them a good day and come back if there are any questions.

They cheated on money already 2 times!!!
They sold a low-quality device, a specialist in this salon advised to do an examination at their own expense, justifying this by saying that it would be faster and assuring that the company would return the money for the examination. 52 rubles were not returned . Thank you for at least canceling the contract and removing the obligation for this device.
For the second time, we applied for a refund for a low-quality device. The employee offered to refund the money through MTS-money. He said that there would be no commission for the withdrawal of funds. He knew the refund amount. When the money came to the balance, when withdrawing to the card, it turned out that the commission was 60 rubles.
The call center also refused to help on this issue.
There are just no words. How much can you cheat consumers?

They behave like cheaters and scammers! In 2018, I was connected to MTS Home Internet. After the fiber optic cable from Beltelecom was installed in our entrance, I came to the MTS office at 14 Lobanka Street and asked to terminate the contract due to the transition to a new operator. I was asked to pay the debt for the Internet, which I no longer used. I paid and the operator girl said that everything was fine, the conversation was terminated! But a year later, I received a summons from bailiffs in the amount of 70 rubles of debt to MTS. It's just that the operator girl deceived me by saying that the debt was repaid. MTS came up with another debt amount of 20 rubles for me and specifically waited about another year for the penalty to grow for a long time. After that, when the amount grew to 70 rubles, they sent this amount for collection to the department of compulsory execution of punishment of the Partiza district! The department explained to me that they always do this by deceiving their customers! MTS in Belarus work like scammers and they get away with everything! Such an MTS Brand, I live in Russia and there are no complaints, but why do they work in Belarus using the MTS brand as scammers and scammers and do not bear any responsibility for this! MTS in Belarus is a disgrace to the MTS brand! But that's not all! Using 4g technology, they cheated my Family out of 1300 BEL.rubles a year ago. Which this company had to pay. Why is everything adequate and honest in Russia, but in Belarus it is deception and fraud!
