I just arrived, work until 20:00, and in the end it's already closed :) Thank you for your time, I don't recommend MTS to anyone, you can't get through to those services, you arrive on business, they are already closed, the bot picks up when you call, and the bot talks to you all the time)

Absolutely incompetent and boorish employees work. We came to change the tariff for our daughter to something cheaper, to which the employee said that we "clamped down" on paying her current tariff, and the daughter generally received advice to "look for a rich groom." I have never seen a single company that pays so little attention to recruitment.

I bought a smart watch for my child. Before buying, I asked the seller if there was a GPS function in this watch, to which the seller replied there is, when asked to turn it on and check, she replied that you would check the working hours at home. When I got home, I charged the watch and started testing, not all the functions stated by the seller took place. The next day, I sent a check to this salon, to the same saleswoman, to which she replied that this product was non-refundable. That's the kind of "specialist" I came across I decided to add a review. 07.09. They called from the MTS salon and offered to refund the money, of course, in return they asked in the book of complaints and suggestions to write that the conflict was settled. Which was done. The watch was taken away, the money was returned, and they apologized. Thanks

But there is one thing, but when buying related products, such as protective glass, they did not warn that the glass is universal, they paid for it to be pasted, terribly pasted, not exactly, on any. After a couple of days, voids with air appeared. The glass does not cover the edges around the perimeter of about 3 ml, dust gets clogged there, etc. Therefore, 4 stars when buying. 5 stars for tariff plans.
