After a long wait in line, we were already next... when MTS saw that I had a purchase, they decided to take the next client, who, in their opinion, would be served faster. The mood turned sour, we decided to make a purchase in another store. The residue remained from such maintenance.

The logic of the service is not clear. There are 2 people in the hall, one is engaged in decoration, the other is just walking around the hall (there are no visitors). It is unclear why it is impossible for two people to serve customers with coupons at once

Good afternoon. I do not recommend this store. The sales consultant, in my opinion, was not engaged in her direct duties . When I made a remark, she giggled and said something I didn't hear. I wasted my time, I left with nothing. I just wanted to buy a birthday present.
