A great salon. We were passing through from St. Petersburg . We stopped at the place where we always bought a SIM card, it was closed, we had to stop in Vitebsk. There were enough people. Conveniently, you took the ticket and without twitching you wait for your turn. The staff is polite. By the way, there is an Alfa-bank next to the salon, where you can also change money. Parking is opposite. At the railway station. So here are my recommendations.

It's not a bad salon. Probably the biggest plus in it for nonresidents is the location. The train station is opposite. It is also good for locals, especially for those who live in the Dsk or that area. The salon is not big, but there is enough space, pleasant, neat. For example, there is a crowd of people at the builders (as they came a couple of times, it was just like that) and in fact there is not much space. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I bought the product (expensive), the service is good, the staff are customer-oriented, not robots). I recommend it!
