I went to another country, blocked my SIM card after I lost it. There was a plus on the balance sheet. After that, I continued to have write-offs every day. I'm calling, explaining the situation, they say only with a personal visit you can completely terminate the contract. And if a person does not have the opportunity to approach??? Such nonsense. Yes, they also write off the fee for saving the room, every month, and they said they would write it off for half a year. They just drove into debt out of the blue!!! A terrible cameraman. I will not connect to MTS anymore. They are misleading!!!

Only temporarily and then for 12 rubles per month. I will not pay for a service that has not been rendered to me. I think we need to write a collective letter to the Ministry of Communications so that they can somehow put things in order. We live in the age of technology and have to come to the salon to block the SIM card. The worst operator in the Republic of Belarus. I do not advise you to get involved.
