I ask you to take measures in connection with the incident that occurred on 03.12.2025 approximately around 11:00 in the MTS communication salon at the address: Minsk, Prytytskogo str., 156. My mother went there for help setting up her smartphone, as, as far as I know, MTS provides such a service. However, at the entrance to the salon, they turned her around, not even allowing her to enter, and informed her that they were not dealing with such issues, suggesting contacting the 5 Element store. The conversation was conducted by a woman about 45-50 years old, presumably an administrator. As a result, we had to contact A1 company, where 40 rubles were paid for the service provided. This is not the first time that such problems have arisen with this salon. I ask you to work with the employees of the specified salon, to train them in correct interaction with clients and to remind them of the need to observe business ethics and respectful attitude.
