Nice staff. Clean rooms, cleaning and changing of towels every day, everything you need is there, all requests were met. The buffet breakfast is aesthetically beautiful, pleasant and very tasty, a large selection. A large well-groomed territory of the hotel where you can walk. An excellent spa with a swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, but there was not a big minus in the hammam, not everything worked

I've been going to this pool for years, I love it for its small territory, delicious food, clean water, service and generally staying here is super, I highly recommend it. But one thing upsets me -Sooo loud music without end, I made a remark several times to turn down the sound a little, they don't hear, they don't meet me, I have a feeling that I'm not by the pool, but in some disco club on a sunbed, they don't even take breaks, it's impossible to relax at all. Due to this, I put two out of 5 stars

The hotel is magnificent. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is of high quality. Tea, coffee, mineral water daily. The staff is polite and friendly. A beautiful swimming pool with beautiful decoration. Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Lots of fruits, own pastries. Staying at the hotel creates a festive mood. Thanks to all the staff! We visited this hotel today, everything is great. Cleanliness, order, waiters are very attentive to visitors. We highly recommend it on the hot days of Yerevan. We were at the outdoor pool, everything is very tasty and the prices are reasonable)) 5 points

The hotel is beautiful and the territory is also beautiful, but there is a paid pool even for residents. The restaurant ordered caesar, it was disgusting, burnt shrimp poured with lemon and it was entered into the bill, and they answered my question whether Caesar was entered, of course, and did not even apologize. Customer orientation is so-so, considering the price of this hotel. Because of some salad, they ruined the whole impression, although it is precisely such trifles that show the attitude towards the guests

There is a spa area and an outdoor pool. We lived in a hotel in the main building, and took a villa.. our family is more comfortable in the villa. Everything is great..the service is at the highest level.

It is constantly cloudy and raining in this place, even if it is hot in Yerevan, it is cold to swim. + half of the sun loungers are given to the hotel guests (of whom there are very few), and only the second half to the pool visitors (of whom there are a lot). Because of this, it is uncomfortable, there is nowhere to sit, and those deck chairs that are wet, with puddles.
