Love this shopping mall! There are many famous brands with discounted prices! Also they have a great food court. I love Mr Gyros most of all!

It's a very strange mall. Mostly private shops (not chain stores), such as stock stores. It seems to me that some of the relatives live in Europe, buy there and bring what they have collected. Therefore, the size in stores is bad. There is a Mike store with Nike merchandise :). Islets with palm trees. They evade taxes everywhere and ask you to pay in cash or split purchases into parts. It's a pity that they didn't make a cinema, and there are no anchor stores. Of the good things, there is a playground for children, and this is the closest location for families from Abovyan and the surrounding areas. They like to take children to play centers here, but it's not as crowded as the Megamall or Yerevan Mall. There is fast food. But it's a pity that there is no cinema. Even the stupid Rio Mall with a movie theater. And then the owner made a pretentious stall-a marek.

The building itself is pretentious, as for the shops - it's generally an incomprehensible choice - a couple of outlets, and then there's the ala market, apparently the proximity of the Aringe Mall makes itself felt.
There is no cinema, and a food court (as of April 2025), almost all locations are closed (even those marked on the facade, such as art lunch).
Yerevan City is also vague.
There is a feeling that there was money and I wanted to invest it somewhere, but I forgot to ask the professionals how to choose stores for shopping malls and entertainment areas.
Take an example from at least Dalma.

This is the most gorgeous shopping center in Armenia!
The Multi Magic Mall features local and global brands such as Karl Lagerfeld, H&M, Levi's, U.S. Polo, Adidas, Nike, MaxMara, VS, Skechers, etc.
For example, this is the only shopping center where there is an outlet of the Zarina store!
But the most important thing in this shopping center is discounts all year round))
I recommend to visit!

There are not enough departments, but still there is something to see. The poor choice of catering on the food court can disappoint fans of a variety of food. There are much fewer visitors than in other malls (but for some it will even be a plus).

It's a strange building, there aren't really any shops, everything that is is not portable, there is no size, assortment. Brand stock, new collections are also available, but few. I don't recommend it, it's a waste of time. And change the porcelain tile on the floor to a matte one, who came up with this idea? put a glossy slippery tile on the floor?) It's not safe.

Review for May 2023: there is nothing to do here yet, the assortment is low, they write on the Internet as shopping malls with well-known brands, but this is not the case.
Those points where I wanted to pay with a card did not accept cards, and both the only ATMs did not work due to lack of communication.
The shopping center does not have a website with the listed shops / banks / etc. and, accordingly, I could not assess the expediency of the trip
