I contacted the service, but they couldn't find the problem there and, accordingly, they have nothing to fix. The PC was returned in the same condition, and the problem, of course, did not go away. After contacting the service again, the motherboard was replaced, which also did not help in any way. The computer was still unstable and could display a blue screen once every couple of weeks. As a result, I contacted the service more than three times, but no results. The problem in the service is not reproducible, so they cannot repair or replace the PC. There are not enough crash entries in the Windows activity log. It's worth thinking about before buying a product here, because in case of some difficult problem, you can just hear: 'We don't know how to help.'
