You can't sign up for specialized specialists. they start working at 8-00, at 8-15 there is no record until the end of another month! It's like!!!! What do you like about OSHI???? This clinic should have been dispersed a long time ago!!!! There is no chief, the deputies are incompetent, stupid. they can only fawn over the commissions, but their work is not in sight.
