I have been visiting this wonderful stretching studio for a long time, I think even the word "stretching" itself does not mean something unpleasant, painful, but something relaxing, acting as a source of energy and motivation, it appeared in my vocabulary solely thanks to murbai.
Coach Daria is the best thing that has happened to me in the field of such services. I have never met such a gentle, understanding and supportive, but at the same time extremely respectful and strict approach at the right moments. She is attentive to every girl in training, she will always tell you how best to do this or that exercise, and she will accompany it with a pleasant, friendly smile. Daria is wonderful not only as a person, her coaching skills are also excellent, the programs are always diverse, interesting and help to achieve the desired results.

I've been going to the studio for more than a year, I really love this place)
It's convenient to get there, the studio is spacious and it's nice to be there. The workouts themselves have a very healthy effect on the body, my back has stopped hurting, I feel better and I can't stop anymore, the body always asks for stretching))

Under the soft voice of coach Daria, we gradually pushed the boundaries of our body's capabilities. The lesson turned out to be smooth, fluid and enjoyable. Everything was in a harmonious unhurried pace, although we managed to do a lot: stretch on the mats (very pleasant, by the way), and do tricks on hammocks :)
A feeling of lightness in the body the next day is a pleasant bonus from training!
