The idea is good, and the execution is 3/10. A terrible stench, all the cats seem to be sick, small children climb to the sleeping cats, and the workers do not react.: as I understood, the employee poured 20 pieces for the cats, probably Dreamies treats, if not more, but they can only have 15 per day. Cats don't seem to be cared for. They offered treats, but the smell is even nauseating. In general, it's a waste of money and time:(

We were a family a month ago. We all love seals. A complete disappointment from the first minute. The place is absolutely not worth yours: no time, no attention, no money [not small, by the way, almost 50p per family]. Stink, dirt, and a couple of lazy, tortured cats. The smell is still the same! That the owners couldn't think of anything better to drown it out than to set fire to incense. It turns out a rattling mixture! Just tin! A room hung with children's drawings is probably what you will pay for. See for yourself. Read all the non-star reviews. For this money, it's better to go to a children's play with your family! They gave us 2 stars, just for the fact that we are feline.

The cats who live there are tortured, they are clearly ill.

Disappointed. I was counting on a museum that would, at least in some form, tell the story of cats, the origin of breeds and their description. Maybe this information was somewhere, but it was not visible because of the mountains of drawings. And as a result, we got into an apartment furnished with paintings and figurines of cats, the smell cannot be expressed in words, the feeling of complete unsanitary conditions. I was confused by the sight of the seals. I know what street cats look like after home care and good care, here the cats are thin, every second has eye problems (fester), the coat is dull, some are aggressive. We paid almost 40 rubles an hour for the three of us and ran away after 20 minutes. In short, if the organizers of this institution wanted to do a good deed, then in the end they did not finalize much and it turned out like in the house of a lonely grandmother living with thirty cats. I hope everything will come to mind.

The idea is great - the execution is questionable. At the entrance, they are only required to treat their hands with antiseptic, but no shoe covers or slippers. The entrance area is not fenced in any way.
The smell is strong, which they try to clog with incense (it does not help much). I assume that it is not particularly useful for cats, but it is stuffy for people to be in such a room. I'm not an expert, so I don't know how it's solved. Perhaps by cleaning more often or by some means…
Half of the seals look sick. Perhaps they haven't had time to cure it yet, as they are picked up from the street, but the reviews of other people make you wary that not everything is so fast.
The museum is a big name, rather just a space with seals. Either because of fatigue from the constant flow of people, or because of health, but you can't get enough of them - they either avoid people or sleep.
In general, there are no complaints about the moustaches themselves, they do not owe us anything and I was glad to be in their company, but if you are going for entertainment, then you should not. It is worth visiting this place only if you plan to shelter a cat or just support a shelter. I cannot give a fair assessment of their work in one visit. Perhaps the workers are doing everything possible for the animals, it just seems from the outside that there is a lot to improve.

We visited this place and were very impressed with the minus sign. Helping homeless cats is good, of course, but the execution is terrible. This is not a museum at all, but an attic apartment decorated with children's drawings and a dozen statuettes, in which several cats allegedly live, picked up by volunteers from the street. At the time of our visit, there were 5-7 of them, but even these cute cats could not save the situation of our stay there. The cost of an entrance ticket is 10-12 rubles and you can stay there for 1 hour for this money, we had enough for 15 minutes. The problem is that the smell there is such that it almost hurts the eyes.I understand everything, animals, but there are less than 10 of them and they really need to be cleaned, but instead the people responsible for this walk around and place lit incense everywhere in the rooms, there's nothing to breathe, and all together it's a nightmare. Shoes stick to the floor, in general, it seems that they are not cleaned there. We couldn't stay there, and when we went outside, we realized that all our clothes and hair were soaked in this smell and we walked around the city for a long time to get it out.

Owners should study how kotokafe is made in other countries. Firstly, there should be a separate room for a cat toilet and cats should be trained to go there. Not in the common space! There's such a stink! You can feel it even when you go up the stairs there! Secondly, there must be a dressing room where visitors take off their shoes and take off their outerwear! We were told to walk right through, in winter jackets. In Moscow, this is strictly dealt with in kotofeiny, it's dirt! There are children crawling on the floor! Thirdly, cats should have a place for privacy, where they can be without people, otherwise they begin to suffer from constant squeezing. There is a small area that is fenced with a rope, but the children just crawl in there and continue to molest the cats. In general, I feel very sorry for the cats. Cats do not allow themselves to be touched, because they get tired of people all day long. The impression is very negative, we stayed there for 10 minutes.
