A great small hotel with polite and sociable staff who knows Russian and speaks English well. Breakfast is included in the room rate. I am grateful to all the hotel staff, and especially to the guys from the Reception desk.

I'll start with the location, this is Bailovo, the most peaceful and quiet area of Baku, 15 minutes on foot to the city center, and 10 minutes to Shikhovo beach by taxi, 4 AZN (200 rubles) and you are at sea.
The hotel is new, the rooms are bright with high ceilings. The staff is friendly and helpful. I don't want to single out anyone, everyone has done everything to make my vacation as comfortable as possible.
Amazing view from the room to the Baku Bay, and a super view from the seventh floor during breakfast.
If you want to see the whole of Baku in the palm of your hand, we leave the hotel. turn left, walk 10 minutes to the funicular, then a beautiful climb, at the exit to the left we pass to the observation deck and enjoy!
Read more about the room; clean and comfortable bed always, air conditioning that works, hot-cold water, comfortable shower cabin, well, the bathroom itself is large.
Along the street on the right there is an excellent bank, and a lot of both small and large markets, restaurants every 50 meters.
Bottom line: Baku I love you!!!
PS. Many, especially locals, complain about Shikhovo beach, they say it is dirty.
If there is a north wind, then this beach is amazing, waves from the shore, the water is crystal clear.

Of the advantages, only the location and friendly reception 🤗 cleaning needs competent management: cleaning is carried out by a blunder, there are old streaks on the walls in the San nodes, the carpet needs serious cleaning. The smell of sewage simply does not fade away, even after additional cleaning of the bathroom. A bed for four with a minus. Breakfasts are a special song-meager, plastic dishes (drinking coffee with such is a dubious pleasure), the cleanliness of the restaurant also leaves much to be desired. Of the advantages - very close to the embankment, you can also walk to the Old Town. To eat delicious and relatively inexpensive right across the street in the restaurant of the Riviera hotel, I recommend
