It disappoints and upsets the settlement process, no, the WORLD card is accepted, the amount on the menu significantly differs from the proposed amount for payment (the final receipt was not provided, for obvious reasons), ~ 2 times. Moreover, when I expressed doubts and offered to clarify, the girl typed in the amount on the terminal and handed it to me as "objections". We had dinner in Troy, the number of dishes and drinks is easy to calculate, the menu is at hand, you do not need a calculator to understand what you cheated on, wanting to earn famously. A great place where you can eat shawarma and falafel with a wide range of dishes, there is both pita bread and bread. The toasts here are not Turkish, but rather sandwiches, which is not surprising. We decided to come here after the enthusiastic reviews here and on Instagram in the comments of review bloggers.
Conclusion: it is definitely not worth going here specifically. We ordered a classic shawarma with the addition of jalapeno. The size is really big, there are enough ingredients, but the sauce is generally strange. If there were no jalapenos, the taste would become completely inexpressive. There are places with much more delicious food.
The advantages in size, if you want to fill your stomach, is that you can sit down at the table, and there is a place to wash your hands. If you are going for pleasure, even from a simple meal, then definitely the wrong address.
The receipt for 2 shawarma, taking into account the addition of jalapeno, turned out to be 27.8 BYN (13.9 each)

The best kebab in our city.
I really like that the kebab does not have a liter of mayonnaise and two pieces of meat, but everything is as it should be. a good balance of chicken and vegetables, the sauce is very tasty.
there has never been a bloating or anything else after this kebab.
I really like the cleanliness in the hall itself.
The staff is a separate topic - 10/10. Attentive, polite.

Personally, I tried shawarma with chicken in this place, although there is a choice of beef.
The first time I saw lavash poured with sauce, and then fried, it is at least unusual, especially if you look at it live, it resembles Korean cuisine, where everything is done in such an ethical hurry.
The shawarma itself combined well with vegetables (they were as fresh as possible to my surprise) so the meat was delicious, not wildly salty but also not bland, good roasting without extra coals and fat.
Not to call it a minus, but the meat was not finely chopped enough, I ate it anyway and it was delicious, but it's just not super convenient when you took out half the meat in one bite (conditionally like a steak pulled out).
I would like to make a separate emphasis on the sauce, very unusual, something in between the taste of bechamel sauce and homemade mayonnaise, that's what, but for this respect and + they were not filled with shawarma, very moderately.
Well, due to this sauce, pita bread plays with completely different colors in your mouth, it seems that you are eating some kind of freshly baked bun.
As the institution itself, it is very cultured and respectable, pleasant tables, comfortable chairs, darkened lighting with its own touch.
I can't evaluate the staff so much in colors, they took my order calmly, 7-10 minutes passed, they called me and I took the shawarma, standard and fast enough service.
The location itself is convenient, after shopping on nemiga you can safely go and sit.
But most of all I liked the legal name "angel wings" - I immediately remember a cartoon from my childhood during kindergarten)
It lifted my spirits for the rest of the day)))

The prices are high. But it probably couldn't be any other way in the city center.

The best shawarma in Minsk, and maybe in the world! How many years have I been walking, always at the highest level! The guys and the director know a lot about this craft! I love their shawarma. But this is not a shawarma, but a kebab. That is, the same thing, but different. Anyone who loves shavukha in Moscow or somewhere else should try it.
I recommend adding cheese, it's inexpensive, but I've never tried this anywhere.
And if you're lucky and you're with them on Friday, lamb kebab on Fridays. It tastes even better. Order without hesitation!
500 gr. per person is enough, it's not worth it anymore. Only if you are dying of hunger or you are ready to eat for two, then you can cut 700 gr. in half.
And take the lemonade. It's delicious. The kebab is juicy, but by the end you will still want to drink, it dries.
