I recommend thinking 10 times before ordering something from this store. They work as dealers for Dynamo in the 90s.
I went to the website, selected the ball (the status is "In stock"), ordered, paid. It was December 9th.
It's been 5 days. Do you think someone called me during this time or did I receive the goods? Of course not - I had to write myself to find out what was wrong with the order. They promised that they would be sent in 2 days, by European Post. 3 days later, I came back to ask what was with the order. The next day I came in to ask if it had been sent. They said that, suddenly, they were out of stock, but tomorrow, of course, they will definitely be there, and we will send them. The next day, I was told that the product was still out of stock and delivery was expected early next week.
The second week of waiting for the order has arrived. I'm writing - what's with the order? We'll send it today. Of course, no one sent anything that day either. And now it's wonderful December 22nd. We will send you a call by Belpost today, although initially it was about European Mail. On December 24, the order was received. No apologies, no checks. Nothing.
Total. Such "shops" should not exist.
