It's a terrible store. We made a delivery for 38 rubles, no one called us for half a day. We started dialing ourselves, no one answered. An hour later, they deigned to issue an invoice, but it turned out to be 6 rubles more, and this without my consent. Then the girl called back and started raising her voice when I refused to cooperate! While the manager was calling back and invoicing, I successfully ordered delivery in Euroopt, it was delivered 40 minutes after the request. Here, everything lasts for hours and they are also rude and bill me for amounts significantly exceeding the order without my knowledge! What a nightmare, you probably don't need customers at all. The attitude couldn't be worse!
