The service is great, the waiters are cool, the food arrives quickly and the food is always delicious. The hookah is cooked well and the music is gorgeous, groovy for dancing, but soooo loud, like in a nightclub. The company was talking and everyone lost their voice, it was very loud, it was difficult to talk. But it's probably in the main room, I think the second room is more comfortable with music. And the atmosphere is pleasant, friendly and stylish. We'll definitely come back.

Thank you for the wonderful warm service and atmosphere! I liked everything: the cozy atmosphere, fast service, delicious hot dishes and a top hookah. Special thanks to the waitress Margarita, she kindly introduced us to the menu, advised hot dishes and snacks for alcohol. She was smiling and sincere. We will come again and again!

Beautiful interior, convenient location. Personally, I like that it's almost near the house, and go out for a walk and at the same time come in to sit - why not.
Lunch menu only until 2 o'clock. After two, they offer the second one (however, for some reason the waiters do not ask which of the two to bring, and they leave only lunch, and you sit and think that the chefs are not there yet, then you ask for the main one).
During the day, everyone is mostly busy with their own business, sometimes you can wait a long time for the waiter. After 17 hours, the situation improves many times and you are constantly being approached. The kitchen is pleasant. Good soups, side dishes, smoothies, salads.
It's a nice interior that I like, unlike the Mint that's on Independence.
Reservations on Fri-Sun for some tables (with sofas) from 200 to 500 rubles (deposit). When I heard such figures from the administrator, I almost fell down.
In Neft, you can rent a VIP room, a separate room with sound insulation, for 4-5 people, for 200 rubles.
As it is, the place is good.

I do not give two stars to the Mint institution (which I have been visiting for 7 years), but to the way the waiter Daria served me. After I made an order and they forgot to bring me the item (which is quite normal) I asked to bring the drink I ordered, and I heard the answer :"You didn't order this, but I'll bring it to you." Throughout the lunch, I got the impression that I was an uninvited guest, and there was an unpleasant aftertaste from my favorite place. I will add that I am always happy to notice and write a positive review about employees who do their work at the highest level - Hookah master Kirill is allowed.
Just a wish for the future that people still come to the institution with pleasure - employees are a business card 👌

The interior is good. Sofas and armchairs are not bad . Planning the landing on time, answering the phone is good. On the downside, there was no ginger (excuses and reasons for absence are not accepted, there is no "tension" with ginger in the country), two teas automatically "leave" the menu. But I wanted it with ginger. For a hookah, they asked for cranberries and a light one, they said "ok", they brought it without cranberries, explaining that cranberries are from a "strong" line. Then why approve... It smokes easily and pleasantly, but lacked richness of taste. Overall, a pleasant impression, the desserts are good, but minus one star.

Not a bad place to sit and relax. The best thing in this institution is hookahs, that's why it's a hookah. Also a very cool interior. That's where the pros ended. Cons, there are only 2 of them: firstly, the staff, no matter how the hostess comes, is always out of place, constantly having to wait at the entrance for 10 minutes until it fits. The waiters are as much out of mood as possible, some sad, tired go with dissatisfied faces, it's sad, I can't imagine what the managers are doing with them.... Secondly, the music is very, very loud, it's impossible to communicate, I'm sitting with a person next to me and we don't hear each other, we constantly ask again, the same with the waiters, they ask again, because you can't hear anything because of the music, so even after all this you go outside and have a sore throat to talk because I had to shout over the music. Like a lounge, a place where you come to sit and relax, and you have to break your voice to talk to a friend or girlfriend.... The food is 50-50, some delicious, some not. As a person who loves steaks, I ordered the most expensive steak once, it turned out to be tasteless, but the side dish to it is delicious...

I like the interior of the place. It's nice to sit on the terrace and smoke a hookah. But today, the whole impression of this institution was spoiled when a hookah man came up and instead of offering guests taste options, if there was no one who asked, he just stood and waited for the guests who had not even seen the hookah card to offer him something. After we proposed several options, and the hookah man's dry answers "there is no such thing", we made an order for only 1 single option, which he constantly repeated. This is not the level of service in a hookah bar, where a hookah bar can offer a single taste. We decided to cancel the order immediately. Thanks to the nice receptionist at the entrance, who apologized for the hookah man, who apparently was not in the mood to work.

The waiters walk around with a dissatisfied face, I already feel sorry for them. BUT what upset me the most is that the hookah guy is trying to fool you. I stabbed a hookah on a grenade, it already cost 75 rubles, and this person says that you can add some kind of mix to their firm or the design did not understand because of the VERY loud music, but that I clearly heard that 20 rubles would be added to the price. We count together: 75+ 20 = 95p, so what did I give 125??!?
I'm not a greedy person, nothing will happen to me from these 30 rubles, but an unpleasant aftertaste from the institution remained. I won't even go at gunpoint anymore
