This has been my favorite place to stay since 2016...But…
The institution over the past year has very much slipped in organization and personnel, tired equipment!!! You come to sing, and in the end you listen only to paid compositions!! Sings one or two tables! There is no question of any queue!! In 5 hours we sang only 2 songs!! And then, I had to make a fuss!
Plus to this whole story, a new feature - an hour before closing, ATTENTION, what do you think?) that's right, only paid compositions😄🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
And what a joke - until you order for the entire amount of the deposit, you won't sing!? K-customer orientation?😅 Mint, maybe it's time to rename to "selling hookah"!? Have you really become so unprofitable that you have to fight back in this way!??🤮 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Time on time is not necessary. A year ago, the hookah could be smoked all evening and everything was fine. After the beginning of 2023, the policy changed and after ordering a hookah, the coals will gently squeeze you 2 times an hour, and then order a new one. It looks especially funny from a master who worked in parallel in another institution and the approach was completely different.
On karaoke: the new presenter is good, knows how to support and get the audience, observes the queue. Previously, there were jokes when the microphone got to the table once during the whole evening and night because the presenter did not like the track. And, of course, there are regulars who are given more time. The equipment is obviously tired: there is volume, but there are no basses at all, so it is not always possible to enjoy music.
Cocktails are fun and delicious. If you take regular alcohol, including strong, then the waiters will be quite obsessive about breeding the most expensive option from the price list, and when you refuse, they will say that a more budget option is simply not available.
The food is the same: something delicious, something not so much, and each time different. Once we had a brkusket with salmon so that it rinsed all night. Well, it happens)
There is a frequent change of guards. Some work professionally and their work is invisible, while others are rude from the threshold and, instead of paying off conflict situations, clearly add fuel to the fire and provoke drunk customers.
The work of the administrators again raises questions: you can call with a difference of two minutes, different people will pick up the phone and if the first one, for example, says that there are no seats and offers only bar stools against the wall, then the second person will offer a sofa) When you come to the place, you will see that the filling is around 30-40%. Where the problems with booking come from is not clear at all. Well, at least they don't require a deposit. It would be absolutely ridiculous.

Unfortunately, this time, the backing vocalist inexorably ignored our table, as well as the queue for the song. The program started at 23:00, we did not rush the first song even at 01:00 at night. Provided that the deposit condition has been met. It was clearly visible that the queue was being passed to their friends. Also, people sang at the bar, first of all, than the tables.
After looking at the microphone transmission card (shown by the waiter), it became clear that they simply forgot about us!!!!
Ordered 3 burgers, brought a little warm, 1 burger had a little reddish meat, the second one just had raw minced meat inside (the waiter immediately crossed it out of the bill + offered dessert)
There are no questions about the work of waiters.

The service is at a good level, but about karaoke we were very dissatisfied, the beginning at karaoke was 23.00, we were lucky that our table was one of the first and the first song was sung quickly, but for the second time they sang at three o'clock in the morning, because they paid out of turn and sang the same people, after a couple of complaints, then they began to sing out of turn at least after one, and already at 5 in the morning it becomes paid to sing for everyone. In short, we wanted to sing and have a good rest, and as a result, half the evening we listened to the same ones sing.

It seems to be positioned as a luxury establishment. Prices - well, the usual in Minsk, nothing special. However, if you want to sing karaoke - you are definitely not here. The attitude of the guards and the presenters is simply disgusting. It is very strange that in order to sing a song, it is necessary to "eat + drink" 60 re per person. At the same time, all the tables that have not fulfilled the norm for this amount are quietly singing. It's unpleasant to be inside.
I will pay tribute to hookah and waiters - they do their job, and thank you for that.
The incomprehensible policy of the institution, pay more and, perhaps, you will perform 1 song. The question is not about money, the question is about attitude, which, alas, is very lame
If you want to relax, go to a regional city or a smaller city. It will definitely be better there.

I ordered a table and a menu for the DR in a month, everything was discussed several times. As a result: the DR was ruined! Our request to approach the administrator was ignored. The waiter guys are great, there are no questions, and thank you to the administrator (the blonde girl with the square) for the spoiled holiday, which was planned for a month.

The star is for the service, I haven't tried the food. Otherwise, it's a sooo amateur place. Karaoke is normal. Hookah probably too, BUT it's impossible to breathe in the room at all, so the hookah didn't come in. There's just a curtain of smoke in the air. I lasted an hour - and out into the air!

What suddenly happened to the atmosphere of the place?! We wanted to sing and dance, but in the end we sat all evening. I wanted to listen to the singing of the guests (which is not always good), more than the music that was playing between karaoke!

They brought three cold burgers , and one with undercooked meat , cocktails and one ice !The only thing was delicious tea, that's right 10/10
After that, the most interesting thing began, we got a check for 240 rubles, but the microphones were not brought to us for 5 hours while we were sitting there, saying that we had not made a deposit, another waiter came up and said that the deposit was 50 rubles, and then immediately changed to 60))))After that , a backing vocalist came up to us and started yelling at us in the literal sense of the word that the deposit was not fulfilled and ran back to the bar to give the microphone to her friends
