A good place has a summer veranda on a high floor and a location.
Everything else is a disaster.
Kitchen: a dish (chicken with rice) was served, obviously heated in the microwave. The portion is small, the price is 30% higher than the average in the city.
Bar: the author's cocktails do not stand up to criticism, very poorly. The waiters do not know the ingredients.
Hookah: without any taste.

We waited for the hookah for 4 hours, as a result they brought bitter, burning, and smoked without smoke at all. Croutons were ordered 3 times, but they were never brought. The chicken wings were raw and feathered. The waiter walked past our table and turned away specifically so as not to take the order. Then they asked him to add boiling water to the kettle, but on the contrary he poured it out and brought an empty one with one brew.
In short, it would be better to sit on a bench than in this Mint.

In general, if you only buy a hookah here, you can bet an honest 5.
BUT!
October 1st visit.
I ordered a Rib Eye steak. 40 minutes of waiting, calling the waiter "how's my steak?" The answer struck me: "The rib eye is over, maybe some other one?". After 40 minutes, he decided it was time to confess 🤣🤣🤣
I ordered another one, everything is OK.
October 2 - decided to give a second chance (last)
Order: salmon steak. The classic 40 minutes of waiting, a classic reminder from me - they bring a cold steak to the floor, there is a film on the sauce from boiling, I think it stood ready in the kitchen for 20 minutes.
I ordered beer for the steak, this is a separate story:
Waiter girl: only the crown is left of the beer.
After 15 minutes, the waiter guy arrives, sorry, there is no crown (it took 15 minutes to find out - a record). I can offer a hugarden. After 3 minutes, he said: there is no hegarden, there is only Heineken.
I'm taking it.
I drank it, please repeat, but there is no beer at all. This is with a full landing in the evening.
Conclusion - the manager should be fined, the staff too.
PS.: and of course, for excellent service, 15% is already in the bill 🤣

The establishments accept the same order in 15-20 minutes, they come up with the words no, order another dish, but I want what I like and what I want, in short, the waiters are not experienced, they do not even know what is and what is not in the kitchen, why take an order if it is not there at all, as if I am full but more there is no half of the dishes and the cut is shorter. A bad manager and all the staff need to be re-processed, set up correctly with the right personnel.

It's a terrible place, the waiters don't care about you until you call them and remind them about the order - they will never come to you, they don't seem to have beer at all, all questions are "Over, it's not there", cocktails are all the same, so that you don't order, they will bring the same thing, with the excuse "there's an intern at the bar today" (went 2 times in 2 different months, still interning). They did not wait for the food, they left earlier, although they ordered French fries and salad, which are made exactly less than an hour and a half.
