The cafe is very beautiful, comfortable and pleasant to sit in. There are also no questions about the service. After reading the reviews, I expected the worst, but all the staff were polite and numerous.
I was upset that there were no items on the menu that I wanted to try. But it's a very fast serve, well done. Caesar salad is always a win-win option, but honestly, it's the most tasteless caesar in my life. The chicken is overcooked, oiled and tough. I didn't feel the cheese bread. There was no sauce at all. The price of the salad does not match the menu shown here in the maps. Perhaps it does not keep up with inflation. The cocoa was made wonderful, not sweet and excellent in temperature. Probably the most delicious after Embassy.
In summary, I can say that I would definitely like to return to try desserts and other items on the menu. There is something to fix, but it is not critical at all. Good luck!

I started going to this coffee shop in April. I really like the atmosphere, the courtesy of the staff, the choice of desserts, but one moment spoiled everything.
I always take only coffee with syrup to take away, and all the time they punched the amount with zero.

But one day ( November 8th ) They punched me - 8 p 70 kopecks. I was very surprised and they poked me right into the menu that the syrup costs 70 kopecks. I thought I'd just be careful next time. For a whole week, they punched me exactly this price until today the amount with zero at the end came out again.
The disassembly began and I was pointed to the menu. There, the syrup already cost 1 p. Everything seems to be correct, but when asked "when did the prices on the menu change?", they answered "September".
This raises a very interesting question.
That is, how did the ruble appear on the menu if it was changed in September, and on November 8 they poked my finger right where 70 kopecks stood?
It was saved by the fact that I still have transactions in the app, but study the prices when you pay. Yes, it's stupid to start a dispute over 30 kopecks, but given the passability, it may make sense.
Because in the summer they constantly put up a price tag of 6-7 rubles. There were no pennies, but I didn't pay much attention to it either. Because there are many places where syrup costs 50 kopecks or a ruble.
In a good way, it is necessary to slap one star, but the atmosphere still saved a little.

Everything is bad! The only thing that pleased me was a pleasant and polite waitress, I'm sorry I didn't remember the name, the interior is also nice. Thank you for putting the flowers in the water. That's it, that's all the advantages. We arrived at 6.30 pm , there are no double drinks , and there are magically posters with this miracle in the insta and at the entrance(which does not exist!). The cakes also apparently disappeared magically, and we saw a fig on the counter, three pathetic pies, which are apparently so disgusting that even their beautiful appearance did not save them.
Everything could be forgiven if there was at least some information about it or it would be morning. But in the evening, you'll excuse me. We just went in and out, we didn't even want to order anything.

We decided to visit a cafe with the girls today and were disappointed.
Many items were missing from the menu.
The desserts were stale in the window, from 11/13/2024, and it was already 11/16/2024, it was not very pleasant.
They brought us food, I ordered "French toast with tiramisu cream, seasonal berries and ice cream.
There were no berries, I asked the waiter where they were, to which they replied:- they're downstairs under the toast. They weren't there. I called the waiter again and said they weren't there and the answer shocked me.:
- Oh, yes, the chef forgot to put them (although she herself said that the berries were at the bottom, why did she have to lie). We can offer you dessert.
- I don't want dessert.
And then she just walks away.
The receptionist came up, I asked to replace the dish, me, not her. She said no and left. The limit of my nerves gave up and only after the phrase "you can have a book of complaints", only after that she takes the dish and leaves. I was upset and refused the dish altogether. I also took the author's tea, I do not recommend it, diluted and tasteless. No one apologized.
The checks were brought incorrectly, out of 6 checks, only two turned out to be correct.
Empty dishes were taken away from the table for a very long time, although the cafe was not busy.
After that, the desire to recommend this institution and visit it completely disappears.

Let's start from the very beginning: a large space, a lot of seats and for all these places there is one tiny coat hanger, where everyone has to hang jackets on top of each other. Next, the menu contains only the names, neither the composition nor the weight of the dish is specified, the same goes for drinks. You have to go to their Instagram to look for what it looks like and what it is. But even there, the whole menu is missing. Half of the menu is "we don't have that right now." Of all the cocktails, there are only two. You order at random, you pay an average of 20 rubles for a 100ml cocktail. The menu shows the positions where you can try to play them for a 50% discount, of course no one does this. There are a lot of staff, in fact, one person works. You order two desserts and two coffees. They bring one coffee. When you ask about the second one, they say "forgot". You ask to bring a cocktail instead of coffee, they bring both coffee and a cocktail. Maybe then you need to write it down in order to remember it? It was the first time we visited this institution, the emotions were not very positive.
Firstly, a lot of things from the proposed menu were not available, then they were not purchased, then it was over.
Secondly. The cocktail list wants the best, of the 6 cocktails offered, only 3 could be ordered, the same story as with the main menu "we've run out of it".
Thirdly. As for the service, there is one waiter for the entire establishment, who simply physically cannot cope with a large number of guests (this needs to be corrected).
Fourth. We waited an hour or more to wait for dessert and coffee. I ran out of milk, I don't understand how you can work specializing in desserts and coffee drinks and not buy enough milk in an institution. The waiter goes to the store for 20 minutes, it's good that there was an Almi store nearby and brings milk. They forgot about us at all, the waiter walked around and just smiled at us but did not come up, after which I turned myself and asked - "where is our dessert and latte?"
To which we were answered - "sorry, I forgot!". That is, it was necessary to sit for an hour or even more to understand that they had forgotten about us! There were also no chocolate-covered strawberries, although they were listed in the promotional set. There weren't many desserts in the window.
As for the "+". The main menu is not bad, it was quite tasty. I think that in establishments with a breakfast menu and with the main menu, a pepper shaker and a salt shaker should be present on the tables, and not go and ask for them.
Dessert "Mochi" is delicious, there are no 10/10 questions. Lattes are also fine.
The visitors of this institution looked sad, not understanding such service.
It's unreasonably expensive, but it's beautiful inside.
This institution is a one-time event for me, I have no desire to visit it anymore.

Today we arrived for breakfast at 11:00. Of the 6 breakfast options, only 2 were possible to serve, because there are no waffles, and almost all dishes are based on waffles.We ordered an English breakfast and a brioche with salmon. Bottom line: spices probably weren't delivered, salt also ran out, absolutely bland, tasteless food, with the exception of salted sausages from a nearby grocery store. Salmon requires special mention, its color was BURGUNDY!!! like a beetroot. It's just very interesting what they painted it with, and this substance was far from salmon in taste. Well, the cherry on the cake is the work of the waiters. My wife and I come here regularly on Saturday or Sunday mornings. And we are watching the institution fade away.
We survived: 2 menu changes, the smell from the kitchen (even though the menu was severely cut there), it still finishes off even to the tables by the window, drops of condensate falling on the table.

A super nice place. Very polite staff, especially I would like to mention the waiter Diana and the receptionist (I don't remember the name, but if I'm not mistaken, then Victoria)
There is little choice of dishes, but everything that was tasted was excellent. I especially recommend pasta with shrimp and pesto and coconut for dessert. We will come more than once)
