the staff is responsive, the rooms are small but clean, cleaning is daily or on request, the cook is very good, although there is practically no variety, but everything that cooks is very tasty! I didn't get tired of it in 11 days). There's normal beer in the bar, I've tried wine - so-so- white and pink semi-sweet, I prefer dry, there was also gin, and all kinds of sodas
It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, to the nearest beach, very convenient location! There is a swimming pool, small but clean)

My favorite hotel . Wonderful location , everything is nearby , beach , shops . Excellent friendly staff, like one family. The food is delicious! Especially barbecue and outdoor, mmmmm.
We liked everything, except for the rooms that were too small. But it 's bearable when everything else is top notch!

We rested with my wife on 08/31/2024 to 09/7/2024, the hotel can safely be set not three stars but four. The area is clean, cozy and has a great swimming pool. The rooms were cleaned every day with the replacement of towels, bed linen was changed every three days. The hotel is very conveniently located near a shopping center, a supermarket, two streets from the beach with a promenade. I also wanted to praise the hotel staff who were always friendly with a smile. There was a slight disadvantage that smoking was allowed on the veranda and pool, it was not pleasant to eat when people smoked next to you.

We had a rest in October of this year.Although the hotel is three stars, we liked everything.It was clean, cozy, quiet and nothing was missing from the room.Plus, at late check-in, we were fed dinner and at check-out, provided that we need to vacate the room before 12, we were fed both lunch and dinner, which is not done in other hotels.We recommend the hotel.

Excellent quiet hotel, very close to the center, five minutes to the beach. The staff is responsive, Russian-speaking Turkish guys.The kitchen range is not particularly large, but everything is very high quality and delicious. Alcohol: good bottled beer, crayfish (of course)), vodka and wine 50/50.
The rooms are clean, there is cleaning every day, there are no shabby walls and dead beds, everything is minimalistic and neat. The safe is in the room, they gave $15 for a week. The water is always hot without fluctuations. The location itself is very convenient! I read somewhere that the road to the sea is through a garbage can, well, there are 2 containers, but you will pass them in 10 seconds. I am glad that I chose this hotel for adequate money.

Clean rooms, linen was changed daily, which was not done sometimes at 5*. When extending your stay at the hotel, we made a good discount on payment. In the bar, they were treated daily to delicious cold beer, sometimes they drank crayfish with sprite without mixing, very tasty! Food for 4+, only because there is not enough fish and meat. Three stars is a stretch. The reviews are overstated.
What's bad, there is no hot water, if you can conditionally take a shower 3x7 21 times in a week, in my case, the hot water was only 4 times, 2 at lunch and 2 in the evening. The rest of the time it is always cool in the morning, at lunch and in the evening from barely warm to just warm. I drained the water for 20 minutes, it doesn't help.
The food is relatively normal, but the portion sizes that are imposed on the distribution cannot be called anything but mockery. They put more on us in kindergarten, see the photo with the plate, I asked them to put a second spoonful of potatoes, they said it was not allowed, but as an exception, they spat potatoes on the tip of the spoon :) Okay, I would have asked for meat, but they regretted the potatoes. Another time I asked for an extra piece of fish, they didn't give it, but the next day the leftovers of the fish at lunch and dinner were eaten as a cold snack.
Cleaning, cleaning is fine, but it starts at 8-30 in the morning, and no matter what the "do not disturb" sticker is hanging outside, they will still knock until they wake up and get the answer - "no". If you leave the sticker in the afternoon, they'll come in and take it away anyway.
Noise, it is clear that there is no noise insulation at this level of the hotel and everything depends on the normality of the guests, given that the internal structure of the building has a total volume from the 0th to the 5th floor, you can hear yelling at 5 at zero. We had an option on the third in the room, we listened to the loboda "your eyes" through the column at 4 a.m. I didn't sleep well, even with earplugs.
Plus the smell of cooking is also all over the hotel, the dining room is on the 0th floor.
The condition of the rooms is dead, but that's okay, one night the heating tank whistled from overpressure in the hotel, which apparently is 200 liters, very successfully, at 3 a.m., the boys at the reception said we know the problem, the master will come in the morning, right now no matter how. Imagine sleeping under a big whistling kettle, did you imagine? Even earplugs don't help. ( I shot the video, but Yandex does not embed the video )
The sea is very bad here, it has already been written about the fact that it is dirty, it also depends on the current, maybe a little cleaner. One morning, going to the beach, I saw something yellow merging into the sea from another channel. And this yellow is carried by the current along the shore. It was at the Portofino restaurant. See the photo. I turned around and went the other way, on other days I tried to go to the neighboring village, to the wild beach, although there are waves, there is no outright dirt.
To sum up, the hotel is not worth the money, if it is 1/3 cheaper, then it will do. Marmaris as a holiday village by the sea is not categorically suitable, the sea is as dirty as in Sochi.

I have been staying at this hotel since 06.06.2023. Small, cozy, clean. For food. There is one soup, one hot dish, a lot of salads, watermelon, oranges. Coffee from the coffee machine, YUPPIE juices. The bar is open until 22.30, no problem. Everything is fresh, the staff is friendly, there are no children! The pool is deep, there is a paddling pool. The sea is nearby, clean. The water is not very warm yet. They are cleaned regularly. One of the disadvantages is the lack of a refrigerator, there is none at all! To the center of Marmaris 35 minutes on foot or 10 by dolmusha (green, 15 lira)

Actually Mira has three stars. The rooms are not large but cozy. This hotel is fully serviced by the family living opposite. I have stayed at this hotel 7 times. The beach is 5-7 minutes away. Fed 3 times. I can't say anything about alcohol because I don't use it. I've never been hungry. Always clean. I've never met any Germans in it. All night entertainments are 10 minutes away by bus. I recommend the hotel.

The rest of the days I didn't even go to breakfast. Lunch/dinner is average , but after a couple of days I don't want to eat it at all. The chairs on the veranda are very dirty, and the sun beds by the pool are also dirty. Flies are not allowed to eat outside. Cats too. It is impossible to drink alcohol offered in the price. It was the first time I was in three stars, this option does not suit me anymore. It is better not to overpay for all inclusive, but to take separate housing and separate money for food. Or look for hotels from 4 stars. I do not recommend it.

The hotel is 4*, we got a room on the 5th floor (attic), and an elevator to the 4th, but that's nothing, of the advantages - they gave us 3 normal single beds, but the heat there was unbearable even with air conditioning. Dinner was always good, two meat dishes, barbecue was often done. The staff is polite, but as often in a 4* hotel, they won't run away until you ask. There is no private beach, but close to the sea: 5-7 minutes. There is a city beach, but there is no shelter from the heat, and on paid ones you take a drink and lie down. The pool is clean, chlorinated, it's nice to plunge into the heat of the lunch. The location of the hotel is close to bars, it's a bit noisy, but at one o'clock everything stops working. I advise those who go to the sea, and not to the hotel.
