Previously, they often ordered, but somehow they ordered at 6 p.m. they promised to bring it no later than 9 p.m., in the end they sold it but at 12 a.m. and decided to refuse. The courier called back, persuaded me not to refuse, promised to bring it within 10 minutes. We waited until 01:00 and went to bed. The courier never arrived. In the morning I wrote to them on Instagram, there is no answer, I wrote in the comments, they deleted and blocked me. A good approach to clients. To make it clear, I live 2 stops away from them. After that, my husband ordered from his phone and was picked up by pickup. Now prices have gone up a lot, and the taste has deteriorated. It is not possible to eat French fries at all
