Initially, the appearance is beautiful, the interior is pleasant to look at, but everywhere there are a large number of disadvantages related to both the service and the condition of the rooms. The rooms need to be repaired, there is a lot of mold and everything smells (we were offered 3 different rooms, the move did not help much, the situation is the same everywhere). There are a lot of worn things in the room, something is broken everywhere, places were not cleaned thoroughly. Delicious breakfasts / buffets for dinner on some days, but again there is a shortage of staff (or just low standards), many dishes are missing, they forget to replenish or simply ignore, they forget about the appliances / glasses, the waiters forget about the orders. The same situation at the reception, due to technical problems with the room, the hotel tried to apologize, but he himself forgot about his promises several times. There is parking, free of charge. In general, a normal option for a couple of nights, walking distance to the beach (10-15 minutes). Beautiful views from the Marina View rooms. For Al Mouj, it's still the best price offer, but in my opinion, a large number of disadvantages and unwillingness to solve them are not worth the money. It is worth considering as an option for "going to dinner", relative to the area, prices are not above average, with good food quality, there are interesting special offers and themed dinners.
